What if my school registers and then my school district buys a SCHOOL DISTRICT PASS?

No worries, we will refund your school if that happens. Just drop us an email to let us know incase we miss it.

Does each school who wants access through a SCHOOL DISTRICT PASS need to register separately?

Yes, we would love to know how many students are tuning in from each school site and which schools want to interact on the day of the event with the speakers. When school divisions purchase a DISTRICT PASS they will be given a discount code for their participating schools. When schools go through registration and arrive at the ‘check out’ page, they can put in the code for a 100% discount.

Is there a workbook? How do we get it?

Our conferences are very impactful because we provide incredibly powerful speakers, step-by-step teaching PLUS a workbook for students to personalize the learning. A pdf version of the workbook will be emailed out to each school leading up to the conference for print. Workbooks will be available for print by April 16th, 2021.

Will there be a chance for my students to interact with the speakers?

Yes, there will be a panel discussion (Q and A) as well as fun challenges and tiktok sharing throughout for schools who wish to participate in interactively. We will email teachers that information when they register. There will be no live tiktok exchanges, all of the tiktoks need to be sent in ahead of time for review and approval of use.

What is the platform?

We will be hosting on Vimeo. Each school will get a Vimeo link leading up to the event. Schools who want to interact with the speakers will be given a zoom link as well for the Q and A portion.

What is that age group appropriateness of this event?

We suggest students ages 12 and up to be able to follow along with the workbook activities.

Are there prizes?

YES!!! We will have a ‘virtual passport’ for students to be able to fill out. Each successfully filled out passport will be entered to win $500 in gift cards!

Is the student information gathered through the virtual passport shared outside of the organization?

No.

Is this event going to be an epic learning experience?

Yes.

Is there an opportunity to host some of these speakers at our school next year or to attend in-person events?
